These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dubai Agent OS platform, including all training content, intelligence tools, data models, Telegram channels, and associated services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Dubai Agent OS ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not subscribe to or use the Service.
1.1. Dubai Agent OS operates as a tiered monthly subscription service. By completing the payment and registration process, you are entering into a binding subscription agreement with Dubai Agent OS.
1.2. Subscriptions are available at the following tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP, and Elite. The specific features, content, and tools included in each tier are described on the Membership page of this website and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
1.3. Access to the Service is delivered via private Telegram channels. Upon confirmed payment, you will be manually approved and added to the appropriate Telegram channels corresponding to your subscription tier. Access is typically granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
1.4. Each subscription is individual and non-transferable. You may not share your access credentials, Telegram channel invitations, or any content from the channels with any third party.
2.1. All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.2. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorise us (or our designated payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the rate corresponding to your tier.
2.3. We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notification. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes via email or Telegram at least 14 days before the new pricing takes effect.
2.4. VIP and Elite tier pricing is determined on a bespoke basis. Pricing for these tiers will be confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of services.
2.5. Payment processing is handled by our designated payment service provider. By subscribing, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service and privacy policies in addition to these Terms.
3.1. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3.2. The Service provides access to digital intellectual property, including training content, frameworks, scripts, data models, intelligence tools, and proprietary methodologies. Due to the immediately accessible, downloadable, and replicable nature of this material, refunds cannot be processed once access has been granted.
3.3. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that you have read and understood this no refund policy prior to making payment.
3.4. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your Telegram channels until the end of the paid period, after which access will be revoked.
4.1. All content, materials, training modules, scripts, frameworks, data models, intelligence tools, Telegram bot configurations, algorithms, methodologies, and any other intellectual property made available through the Service (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of Dubai Agent OS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4.2. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal professional development and business use.
4.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content, except as incidental to normal use of the Service for personal professional purposes.

4.5. White label rights are available only to subscribers of VIP and Elite tiers under separate written agreement. No white label, redistribution, or commercial exploitation rights are implied or granted under standard Bronze, Silver, or Gold subscriptions.
5.1. Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or sharing of Content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and a violation of intellectual property rights.
5.2. In the event of any breach of this section, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your subscription and access without refund, pursue all available legal remedies, and seek damages including but not limited to lost revenue and legal costs.
6.1. You may terminate your subscription at any time by cancelling before your next renewal date. Access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
6.2. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
6.3. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining portion of a paid subscription period.
7.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2. Dubai Agent OS provides professional training, tools, and intelligence systems. However, we do not guarantee any specific results, income, performance outcomes, or business success. Your results will depend on your own efforts, abilities, market conditions, and numerous other factors beyond our control.
7.3. In no event shall Dubai Agent OS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
7.4. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Dubai Agent OS in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.1. The Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any business, financial, or legal decisions.
8.2. Market data, intelligence reports, and analysis provided through the Service are based on available information and proprietary methodologies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis.
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.2. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email or Telegram notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to mediation in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10.3. Notwithstanding the above, we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional agreements executed in connection with VIP or Elite tier subscriptions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dubai Agent OS with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
